Master Plan Voting

Can you get this guy in a job interview? I can hear him, ' yea, I have a 2.7 at UL, in accounting. I think I stack up well with every other candidate you have.' Employer,I see that Bille Bob Blue Dawg, as your major competitor, and he too has a 2.7 GPA, from a tier one school. 'Well I voted against improvements that would have raised my education coast 3%, and I guess that might have hurt our ability to get to tier one, but it is about the candidate not the school.'

he claims that he is all for "improvements" but he says the administration has not told the students specifics of the master plans, so that is why he wont vote for it....wtf?

This is the most ridiculous facebook page I've ever seen. Trying to make a case by taking screen shots of an anonymous sports forum?! I know you're reading this.. you're an idiot.

I actually spent about 5 minutes trying to find the "reasoning" and "stuff they don't want you to find out" and saw the screen shots you mentioned ... I hope these are not our future leaders.

unfortunately there are many other other students on campus who hold the same view as this guy even if they dont like his page...hopefully the ones who are in touch with the greater good will out number those who only see the dollar figure attached to the measure

More of that entitlement attitude that has been bred into our youth over the last 20 years. You gotta pay to play. You want a better education its going to cost. You want to bring in better instructors, you gotta have facilities.

the people who are voting against this to stupid to see the good it will do. they try an justify it by saying they will never see the benefits to it, but don't realize that the new parking towers, the new weight room, the new student union and many other projects were all approved and funded by students who never saw the end of the projects yet still saw the long term good they were doing by approving the measures

ive told my fiance, her sister, all my friends, and anyone who will listen to vote for the master plan to pass
