Though the weather may not agree with us just yet, it is autumn and local restaurants will begin changing their menus to accommodate the plethora of new produce rolling in the door, including squash.

Jolie’s Louisiana Bistro’s executive chef Manny Augello has crafted a new take on one of the most comforting dishes in the history of eating: a winter squash bisque that is both creamy and sharp.
