Two Lafayette Attorneys Indicted In Nationwide Synthetic Drugs Sting

Two Lafayette parish attorneys are among 9 individuals indicted in a nationwide synthetic drug sting.

Attorneys Daniel James Stanford and Barry L. Domingue are facing serious accusations including: conspiracy to distribute synthetic drugs, conspiracy to introduce misbranded drugs, conspiracy to commit money laundering, and various money laundering charges.

Among the others indicted are several individuals from Georgia and Florida, and Richard Joseph Buswell, who is also from Lafayette.
