UL Football Top 10 Arkansas Head Coaching Candidates

In 2011, it had been 35 years since the Ragin’ Cajuns won nine games. Not only did Hudspeth deliver that in his first season at ULL, he also guided the team to a last-second, 32–30 win over San Diego State in the New Orleans Bowl — the program’s first bowl win ever.

It was before a motorcycle ride, an adulterous female graduate assistant, and a crazy ringer head coach who should have never been asked to step into such a situation.

Arkansas' first choices will be Charlie Strong or Art Briles. My bet is Charlie Strong who has extensive SEC coordinator experience, has head coaching experience and is an Arkansas native.

Arkansas is like LSU. Biggest, best job in the state with no in state SEC competition.

But Arkansas only has about 3 or 4 3-star or better prospects per year where Louisiana has about 30.

Arkansas does not have near the 1A talent that Louisiana has. Big difference.
