    But Arkansas only has about 3 or 4 3-star or better prospects per year where Louisiana has about 30.

    Arkansas does not have near the 1A talent that Louisiana has. Big difference.

    Agree, but you can be in the Top 10 in talent every year and get great players from Memphis, LA Ark and Texas.
