Yes. Tongue in cheek. ESPN did a one hour feature on FIU last year called "Program on the Rise" and aired it just before we beat FIU last year. The announcers referred to FIU as a program on the rise again tonight. ESPN presumes that it can annoint the next up-and-coming program, like MTV shoving Ashley Simpson down your throat, and I guess a school from Florida is a safe bet in their view.

Blaine is about the toughest guy I've seen play QB in person. Period. He will stand in 'till the last possible second until the throw is open instead of tucking it and running away. As a result he takes some pretty brutal hits from time to time. Not to mention, when he does run he's a pretty tough runner himself. Maybe you haven't watched him play football the last year and a half…

Ragincajun 10, I have a proposition for you. I see people like you who seem to have no problem tearing down kids who sweat and bleed on that field. It is one thing to critic/criticize their play but you take it to another level when you level such harsh and vulgar insults at their character. So, on behalf of all the players at UL, past and present, I'll say this: In order to call a player a Poooossayy, you must first prove that you are xnot one yourself. And to determine who is not and who is, I'm volunteering my services. Why don't you and I spend a little "quality" time together, and I'll determine if you are or if you aren't a Poooossayy.
