2006: What is the UL mascot?

ya know what...lets just go all in on goofy. I say we get 3 mascots and make it the cajun holy trinity...an onion, a bell pepper, and a stalk of celery.

What about those of us who believe the Cajun holy trinity is actually onion, bell pepper and garlic?

The onion comes out after a loss, cuts itself and we all cry.

The celery comes out when the the team is standing tall in the face of adversity.

The bell pepper (make sure it ages to Vermilion Red) comes out after a victory, climbs the tower and rings that "BELL"

Then they party with the post game tailgaters.

Where's garlic? I got news. Nothing happens without garlic.
