Six plaintiffs and seven defendants have been added to the federal lawsuit claiming top officials within both the Lafayette Police Department and Lafayette Consolidated Government fostered a widespread culture of corruption only five days in advance of a court hearing during which the defense will try to have the entire case tossed from court.
