More Midweeks, Twinbills at OU and Texas on 2013 Softball Slate

An increase is midweek contests, two trips to Florida for prestigious tournaments and games with SEC and Big 12 schools highlight the 2013 schedule for the perennially ranked Ragin’ Cajuns softball program. The schedule was announced on Wednesday.

Why is no one talking about this? This is a much better schedule strength-wise. We won't have to go 50-2 to get a nice RPI this year

Not much we can do there. I only know of 2 conferences that would provide reasonable conference competition for our softball program.

Exactly. I was mostly just taking a shot at the other Sunbelt members. It's pretty much UL and the 8 dwarves when you're talking softball.
When you win 80-90% of your conference games and sweeping conference series does nothing for your RPI, it sometimes makes you wish that you didn't have to play these teams every year.
