Another thing I wanted to add when ya'll see an offensive lineman don't always think a guy is great because he has great size and is using his weight to block someone. Look at the feet and the wya they get to the guy they are fixing to block. A lot of times in high school you will see guys using a big weight advantage over a d-line who at the high school level a lot of time is not that big. O-line is a tough position because it is a lot more mental than a lot of people think, adjusting to the speed of the college level is tough because you have to adjust to blitz pickup, get a little quicker pulling out, and as an o-lineman you have to learn in college that your not going to over power everyone like you did in high school.
A lot of times fans (I will include myself in that) get excited about a guy who is 6'6 or 6'7 300 plus...but I like getting guys that might only be in that 6'5 range that weight about 250-265 because you can develope them and when you put the weight on a guy you know he is doing it the right way. When you take that 250lb guy and you put 20 to 30 lbs on him you know he did not put on cheeseburger weight. ok rant off lol
