Thanks for the but I have learned (now, not so much when I first joined) to take most comments with a bit of sarcasm.

    Geaux Cajuns!!
Same here with beer tastes. After drinking a few cases of Canebrake(not all at one time), I much prefer the draft.

A&W Root is the only beer worth drinking.

And that is why LSU-Eunice, Nicholls and McNeese don't refer to UL as Root-University. Even though it is true.

PS Trivia: UL and Barqs were both established in 1898.

If you go half and half with Vodka... A&W root beer is tolerable. After you get half way through the third one, you can't even tell you're drinking root beer. Actually, you can't even remember your own name.

Guys...Beer News Flash...passed by Marcello's today on Johnston and saw they were now selling Fat Tire!!! Bought two double deuces and I'm enjoying an Amber Ale right now. Smells like battery acid, has a bit of a bitter up front taste, but has one of the best after tastes I have ever had with a beer. This beer is phenomenal.

Fans of Parrish Brewing (Canebrake) might want to try out their new brew called Envi. I tried it at one of their tours, it's awesome.
