I hope Greg gets some good news I was wanting to track him all season.

    He comes from good people.

I hope its not all bad for Greg.

I wish this had neve happened but I hope rehab goes well. You should get a medical redshirt and will be experienced enough to get drafted next year. I know you would rather be playing but now you can concentrate on your degree, and working out your upper body.

    UL Football Houstons pass defense

I just read where Houston has the best pass defense in the country, and it's not because they played UL. Michigan only had 144 passing yards, and Rice only had 72 yards against UH. Babb & UL only had 58 yards in a downpour but its not as bad as it looks, this Houston team has a good pass defense. At least Babb didn't cost us the game and we still had a chance to win it.

I know there is a current TD drought, but I think it is crucial to simply get on the board. I don't think you should ever go for it on fourth down early if there is a big goose egg on the board.[/B]
Fields goals would not have won the game, Bustle had to go for touchdowns.

I heard it was $75,000. Was beer sold at Cajun Field for the Saints Black and gold Scrimmage?

UL Football Hang In There Cajuns!

I know no one is happy about being 0-3, but we have to keep in mind we are building a program for the long haul. Coach Bustle inherited a really bad team. With pride and better scheduling, the Cajuns are going to be a very good team. This year's team is composed of:
    17 seniors
    19 juniors (10 JUCO guys)
    5 sophmores
    3 Red Shirt freshman
    6 Freshman (High School)

If you look closley, you'll see that we have put together a new team in less then a year and a half. With support & more great recruiting by our coaches a championship and a bowl game is in our near future.

    Let's stay behind our boys!

Amen! I wholeheartedly agree. And whenever I am feeling down, I am going to look at the new wallpaper for my computer. which is below. It's a picture of the Cajun's first offensive TD of the 2003 season. Never, ever, ever, give up or give in! Geaux Cajuns!

Default Love the Louisiana in the endzones

I have to say I love the Louisiana in the endzones.

If Im not mistaken there is no Lafayette under it?

You also can barely see the Lafayette under the UL

 Chuck, let's put everything in prespective with Houston's pass defense. They are good, but not as good as their ranking this week. First,Michigan's RB Perry has almost 200 yards against Houston. Navarre did not throw the ball that much. They didn't have to. Rice is more of an option offense and can't throw the ball well. And Babb had a terrible second half, so stats can be deceiving.
