Kudos to the Pride of Acadiana! What a great job at the game last night. They motivated the crowd and entertained us during the TV time outs. They chanted and showed their outstanding spirit. They got a huge round of applause from the crowd during the game, which was richely deserved. Go Band!

    I have a Question

I liked how they kept in mind when the offense was on the filed...for both teams.

Note to Band: Play LOUD when the opponent's O is on the field!

Great job by the Pride! They totally ROCKED!

They rushed maybe 4, max. WTF?! THe QB had ALL DAY LONG.

Bring the HOUSE on 3rd & long, coach!

I'm thinking the CAJUNS must have the best 1 and 2 down defense in the country, and the WORST 3rd.

Eric, we all hope your shoulder heals as fast as possible. You are a true Ragin Cajun and we will all miss seeing #6 under center at The Swamp!!

    GEAUX CAJUNS!!
    WIN #2!!

"Bring the HOUSE on 3rd & long, coach!"

Especially since Dombrowski is not known for his passing and had lost his mobility. I can see why we wouldn't want to leave our corners on an island too much against a team like Tech. We did get a couple of picks so maybe coach liked the idea of playing bend but don't break and allowing Dombrowski to throw the ball. I don't like to second guess respectable coaches.

Thanks for all the hard work Eric. I am so sad you are hurt, get well soon.

I have a feeling you will hold Louisiana's single game passing record for many a moon . . . or longer.

Thanks for helping teach Babb the game, he might be your legacy.

I wish I could have seen you the rest of the year, you sure are fun to watch.

Yes, we all wish Eric a speedy and complete recovery. I am certain he will be on the sidelines offering advice to Babb and the rest of the team. The team did not quit last night because we have players like Eric. Hopefully, we can keep him as a coach, in the future.

UL Football Did I Miss Something??

The Advertiser reported that Seam Comiskey missed a PAT try. My observation was that the holder mishandled the snap and tried to pass the ball, which was intercepted by a very large Aggie who lumbered down the sidelines for a few yards.

Your right, he didnt miss the field goal, but you know cominsky is a real man, and stood up for someone elses mystake. I think thats one of the more admirable things he could have done, much like a QB taking the blame on a interception which was tipped.

I was not trying to place blame on anyone, just pointing out a reporting error, or so I thought. You are correct Tuffy, Sean Comiskey is a class act. He is the type of player we need to recruit. I was introduced to him by my youngest son who is a student trainer, and a nicer, non-egotistical person you will never meet. By the way you students are doing the "job" and showing us old folks what I term REAL SPIRIT!!!!!!! And how about the BAND???? Are they good or what??? I am so excited over this team that does not know the word quit, the students, the Band, the coaching staff and the diehared fans that continue to show up and support this team. The only thing left to say is GEAUX CAJUNS- Louisiana's Team.
