I know we will be good with Broadway, but I hope Blaine can come back.

    Why didn't Delvin Jones play?

Coaches voted FIU 1st. Looks more like 4th or 5th

Gibson had concussion like symptoms as per Jay so I guess there is always the chance he may be held out depending on how he responds

Blaine got hurt while running into the endzone and there was no contact so I don't think its actual ribs as much as it would be like a cartilage issue. Ribs are usually damaged due to collision of some sort

He also may have taken a hit before that and not felt it until he sprinted on that play.

If necessary, he'll probably be able to play with a tougher flak jacket (since I'm pretty sure he wears something already)

This is a great win by the Cajuns, to go on the road, early in the year and come away with a conference win. A little sloppy still, at times, but great effort. Harris looked solid, and Broadway did well when he needed to. The defense had spectacular moments, and then some real dud ones after. Overall, Fantastic Win Cajuns. Geaux UL!

Great win, still lots to improve on (which is somewhat encouraging). We ran the ball and shut their running game down and as many predicted, that was the key. Big, big win

I was wrong on my pregame assessment: I said Gautier needed to Play much better for us to win. Turns out Broadway had it under control!
Hope it's nothing serious with Blaine...

I do think it's encouraging. Our defense is very powerful... just raw. Offensively, when our passing attack syncs up, the run/pass mix is going to kick butt. I expect to see improvement every game. Special teams already rocks. Overall, I'm very impressed. It is a big win. Troy is no slouch.
