After seeing just a little of Montrel perform, I like him a lot and his talent will really be missed if he is out for a while. Hope to see him back soon.

I was impressed with just about everybody on defense. Qyen and Tyren looked very fast and athletic at LB and will help us tremendously. I watched the replay and realized how much Tyren was involved in so many plays, even in the first half. The D-Line looked much more physical than years past and they will need to be that way next week. I don't know if they'll be as dominating since we outweighed the offensive line about 20-30 pounds per man but I liked how we shut down the interior.

I heard he is done for the year. Torn ACL, LCL, and part of the meniscus. Surgery is Wednesday!

Watched the replay and saw the play that caused the injury. It sucks if he is out for the year. He will be a great player. We will still be in good shape and Griffin can carry the ball also.

I thought reed stepped in a performed great, I'm pretty sure HUD is a "next man up" kind of coach. It sucks to lose him but it's part of the game. He is young and will be back.

Have MRI results already been released? I thought Coach said that an MRI would be performed on Monday.

Very unlucky start. We won...which had no luck involved...but lost Montrel for the year. Bad luck.

    Edit...lost Montrel for a while.

This is unfortunate! I hope your information is inaccurate, in the event that your right these RB's just need to press on. The little I witnessed last night from Montrel Carter was enough to know this kid had GREAT potential.....I'm very upset right now.
