NEW ORLEANS — Power companies report progress in restoring electricity to their Louisiana customers more than four days after Hurricane Isaac's landfall led to more than 900,000 losing power. Louisiana's largest power provider, Entergy Corp., says its affiliates have reduced the number of outages to 202,000 by Sunday evening, a drop of more than 40,000 for the day and well down from about 704,000 soon after the storm. The company has drawn criticism from residents and some public officials for the pace of restoration.
