Thread: Best Chicken Tenders

  1. Default Re: Best Chicken Tenders

Popeye's must be feeling the pinch of Raising Canes (I mean Stevens) they are really focusing on tender strips lately.

Sounds like it would be worth it to go to Cains and pick up some of there sauce and then go to Stevens to get there tenders while using the cains sauce.
    I don't like Cains sauce.

The best tenders are at Handy Mart on W. Port in Abbeville.

It's called Steven's fine food and it is no doubt the best in town. 3 piece with fried rice and you're good to go with a nap

Hot Food Express. Chicken strips and shrimp fried rice (my favorite shrimp fried rice). You can feed a family of 5 or 6 for like $15

Probably the same family as the ones at Steven's.

Steven's is great. Corner of Pierce and Mudd near Acadian Ambulance.

    Ok I tried it today.
I will agree they are the best.
But it will require me to stock up on Cains sauce before eating there again.
The tenders are awesome but the honey mustard dipping sauce is gross.

So in order for me to eat there im going to have to go to cains just to get the sauce

I don't like Cane's sauce either. I love these chicken tender and burger threads. Getting good leads on good food rocks.

I have to say try the shrimp poboy and onion rings at Kajun Korner on Bendel. The seasoning mix they use is awesome, and I usually make two meals out of the poboy (it seems about 40-50 shrimp).
