With three weeks left before the Ragin' Cajuns football team opens the 2012 season at home against Lamar on Sept. 1, season ticket sales have already reached a record level and are approaching the goal of 10,000.
"There is a great value in purchasing UL football season tickets. Not only are there costs savings versus buying individual game tickets, but you also are assured a seat at every game. Currently, limited seating is still available in the lower bowl," UL athletic tickets manager Matt Casbon said.
"The ticket demand for the upcoming season has been fabulous," UL athletic director Scott Farmer said.
