I agree. The starting quarterback for the pre-season #1 team in the country had an "incident", and they took a chance on him.

The only link online that I found was a year he apparently played with Winthrop for one year 2010 after sitting out a year from high school (unless he went to a prep school). I wonder how many years of eligibility he has left?

Sounds like he may have found himself in a bad situation. Not saying he was innocent but it's kind of a weird story.
