Hotels in Stillwater

Any luck with booking hotels in Stillwater? It appears the only hotels that have rooms available are Days Inn and Stillwater Plaza Hotel and Conference Center. I heard the Days Inn was a dump. Anyone know anything about Stillwater Plaza Hotel or possible other hotels? We are staying with friends in Tulsa after the game, but would like to stay in Stillwater the Friday night before the game.

We are planning to stay in Tulsa probably for the game. Any recommendations for Tulsa hotels?

You want to stay on the west side of town. That being said there is the Hard Rock Casino on the east of town. The hotel there is not bad, but there is a Holiday Inn Express (Tulsa-Catoosa East I-44) across the interstate that is nice. There is another Holiday Inn express at 150 Aquarium Drive Jenks, OK next door to the Aquarium and shopping across the river. Very nice hotel. Tulsa City Center
17 West 7th Street Tulsa, OK is another nice hotel. The Marriott Southern Hills (I think is the name) is a little worn and not much to do around the hotel. These are hotels I have stayed at in the past.

Thanks for the advice. We hope to stay around team and other UL fans but not sure where everyone that is going is staying.

Stayed in Guthrie last year...we use to live in Edmond. Guthrie is a cute town close to Stillwater.

The Days Inn was alright, I didn't really spend a ton of time at the hotel last year though haha.
