Trailer Fire Update
Luckily the trailer on Zin Zin Road in between Henderson and Breaux Bridge is abandoned and no one was inside when a fire broke out just after one o'clock Monday morning.
Crews from the Henderson and Breaux Bridge Volunteer Fire Departments were on scene working to battle the blaze. As our crew was driving up there weren't a lot of flames but you could see a lot of smoke and definitely smell the fire in the air. It was quite a hazy scene, but crews were able to get the fire under control pretty quickly.
There's no word on what caused the blaze at this time.
