LAFAYETTE, La. -- Brett Baer, who is ahead of the pace to end his career as the most accurate kicker in NCAA Division I history, has been named to the preseason watch list for the 2012 Lou Groza Award, which is presented annually to the nation’s top kicker by the Palm Beach County Sports Commission.
