Hey, Z! Was this a great game or what? I'm still buzzin' a couple of hours after the game! I was just sitting at my computer listening to the game on the internet and reading posts here. And I was pumped! Too bad I couldn't have made it to the game! My son went to Houston and to the stadium but didn't get in! He stayed outside the stadium and tailgated. Kids these days .....!Originally Posted by Zeebart21

I just loved how the UH scoreboard had us as LOUISIANA!
This is Redbug reporting from Houston. It was the most awsome game that I've been too since A&M in 96. It looked like we were going to get railroaded early on, & I still can't explain what happened. We chipped away and then just shoved it down their throats on offense in the 4th quarter. We had a huge number of fans & no one has any voice left. We were stomping the aluminum seats on the last drive. When the team went out of the stadium there were people lining the asileways like Johnston Street at Mardi Gras, screaming our heads off as they came through. The police were tyring to make everyone leave, but no one would listen to them. Everyone was soooooooo pumped!!!
Nice! I especially liked how it said "Louisiana 31, UH 28"!Originally Posted by bigguill

wow they have a lot of positive attitudes there in houston, and only 15k people show up to a game in a city of 5 million? kinda makes me sad except that we won and you couldnt beat the smile off my face right now with a shovel
Great Game! Cajuns battled back from 21-0. That is the epitome of heart.
The biggest thing I noticed was the beer sales. I walked in with $180. I left with just under $100. I bought no food. If we were able to sell beer, especially with no other major financial income (i.e. student fees), what could we do?! It could be the quickest, easiest increase in income that we could find.
These losers ran out of beer at some stands near the UL section. That would be a good problem at several areas at home games. I am still very drunk so excuse my typos or incoherenceness.
Well, there is another football team in South Louisiana. HELLO ..... It is the ULL Ragin Cajuns. All they did tonight was go into Houston and manufacture a remarkable comeback victory over a very good football team. All of the eyes were on the LSU Tigers today when the purple and gold went into the Swamp and were "expected" by the LSU faithful to at least show up. In a game that became virtually unbearable to watch, the Tigers laid an egg and were riddled with mistakes and miscues that in essence, handed the game to the fiery Gators on a blue and orange platter. Even with the knowledge that Arkansas had accomplished the unpredicted "wood shed whipping" of the other Tigers, the LSU squad couldn't run with the incentive and capitalize. Five bucks says that LSU fans will be calling for the head of Les Miles by 6:00 am on Sunday. On the other hand, the Cajuns never gave up and demonstrated a resolve reminescient of the 1989 game when Brian Mitchell and the Cajuns went into Hattisburg and beat Bret Farve and the S. Miss Golden Eagles.
just out of curiosity i went on a LSU board and its already fire les miles day, i think they also want to fire whats his name the QB, if they could
