The last two weeks have produced the kind of disappointing close calls that have summed up Eastern Michigan University's recent football history.

When EMU has the ball
How well the Eagles move the ball today will depend on who's running the offense. Neither Andy Schmitt nor Tyler Jones are 100 percent, and Dontayo Gage's collegiate playing experience consists of one offensive series in overtime against Central Michigan. After a solid showing last week, Dwayne Harrison - who is averaging 4.9 yards per carry - has the chance to solidify himself as a dependable tailback. If Harrison can get Eastern's run game going, it should help open up the aerial attack.
