about 15,000 i would say... there was a lot more at around 4:00 but a lot of people left because of the rain/constant delays... a lot of the student section left it looked like... probablly was around 20,000-22,000 at 4:00

Paper quoted 15,041. Heads are counted by what tickets are scanned coming into stadium. Disappointed with student side turnout. Maybe the rain. I thought we would have more people for first game. Also from the tailgating & traffic I saw outside before the game, thought there would be a larger attendance.

That's not the point. He is one of the highest rated players ever recruited by UL, he is a redshirt Freshman, and he is already making a big impression with his performance on the field. He will provide a lot of excitement over the next few years.

Looks like Deon Wallace is the real deal..........I want to see more of him.

he IS the real deal... we will be nothing short in (great) running backs for the next 3-4 years

Wallace is really going to come in handy in the 3rd-4th quarter when the defenses have worn down, they won't be expecting another back as good as Fenroy but they will get a wake up call!
