mark your calenders, UL will officially retire Jerry Flake's jersey at halftime of the UL vs Houston match up saturday dec 14, tip off 7:05 pm. Jerry the Blade himself will also be on hand, it's up in the air in an autograph table will be setup for fans but should be a great night either way!
Remember him well on the BB court. Incredible shooter! Also remember him riding his bike to class all over campus. Well deserved award for Jerry!
Coach is doing a great job embracing the past however i think after flake its time to make some new memories
What's the status of Lights Out?
I think we'll have two more hanging from this crew after their term in office. They are as good as we've had. They could have played on any of our teams. Yes, I've seen them all since '63. And PE wasn't fun against Garland Williams. Plus he knew Karate!!
things are going great we are having what i hope is the last planning session from 9 am until god knows when where we will throw some noodles at the wall as far as the remaining shot ideas, then do hopefully one two week suicide schedule of shooting the remaining broll, toss it all in the blender and we'll see what it looks like. Getting everyone in the same room is now what takes the longest....i also hate production meetings
"The Blade"
Nice
