Trust me - he is too ! I have a feeling he will be our top receiver by the time the season ends - remember, he was our #1 going into last year from what I remember, then the acl injury, but he was still thinking about playing anyway !

Phil Steele had good things to say. He has us 3rd in the SBC, but only because we have downward trending info or something like that.

Just throwing it out there. After reviewing several recruiting websites, I noticed that several the Louisiana 4 star recruits and most of the top 10 prospects have either been recruited or offer a scholarship from UL. What other coach in UL history has gone fight with the big boys to get a recruit? None that I can think of. Hub is willing to go for a few of those blue chips in hopes of landing 1 or 2 and he will. I like that!!!!!

    UL on the rise!!!

Athlon's College Football has us finishing 2nd behind ASU, #68 overall.

Very good article and good exposure to the New Orleans area. We will see more and more of this as Hud works his magic. And to UL_BayouCajun, I like it too. Hud has only one way, full speed, and get everyone you can on board. If they don't want to come, that's ok, their loss. He will leave no stone untouched. Exciting times for Ragin Cajuns. I have never seen this much positive press before from outside the Lafayette area. Since Hud has brought a winning attitude and backed it up on the field, the nation is starting to take notice. And this is just the beginning.

Turb, I think he is confusing the Orlando Sentinal ranking with Athlon.

If you remember. Skip Bertman would recruit players he knew were going to be drafted high and probably skip college all together. What you just pointed out is very significant. HUD demonstrates this confidence and players and families see that. He will start getting yes responses very soon. Not being afraid to be told no... That is a winners trait.
