Freakin GOOD for em. They get their home cooking umpires to change a hit batter call...and the guy hits a two run flare to center. Gotta love it!!

I hate to get ahead of myself... But I love these guys chances in Omaha. Especially with extended rest for the pitchers if they get in the winners bracket with those two horses they have. Just way too good 1-9 hitting.

I always thought the Super Regional format was the best thing to happen to so-called "mid-majors" in NCAA athletics.

With the old format, there's no way as many mids would get so far. When the regionals were 6 teams, you needed at least 3-4 arms or an unreal batting team to get through that thing.

Your team that went to the World Series is a great example. You can get by on 2-3 arms if you can hit.

Stony Brook has just as much of a chance as any team left. They have really impressed me.

Not only that, but it's clear the big stage isn't going to intimidate them. And look how they came back from that 12th inning loss? Very impressed.

I have never seen umpires be this one sided in any baseball game ever. Give it up guys. The tiggers season is over!!!
