Are those lights laying down for pedestrians or tailgators?

Both......They are now up and Gerald said that they are mainly for security during tailgating but will also be used every night for security. He also said that one reason was that they really look nice. Just one more way to upgrade the looks of our facilities.

Are they going to repaint the retired jerseys on the student sec??

No they are having some vinyl graphics designed instead of paint. They will be actual pictures of each player with their retired #'s and their names.

Gerald is planning to have these graphics installed next Tuesday and is in need of a lift and also needs about 2 to 3 people to give him a hand. If anyone has access to a lift and or can help next Tuesday please give Gerald a call #482-0922 or cell #962-0296. He would really appreciate the help.

Update on Lourdes Park.......

Gerald said that the cement for the walkways will be poured today or tomorrow. He also said that each of the pavilions will have a sponsor and be sold as a fund raiser.

No pictures yet....... but Fluid Crane donated a brand new coaches tower for the track/soccer field and two new goal post for the football practice field. They will be installed next Tuesday with the graphics for the student side. Hope to have pictures after Tuesday.

Sidewalk looks great.
I like that it will allow fans to watch the band head for The Swamp before home football games.

I don't think it will be a part of the fence because it would be to close to the street. I will try to find out and let you know.
