They were not focused on the batter on either home run, not the first, and not the one that followed a few pitches.

Let me see here. Now they had a chance to prove the earlier game was a fluke, but got pasted again. This time they really mean it all they gotta do is play devil ball. Yea that's the ticket.

Edited to add: My bad. I think it was the top of the 7th, when we went from 3 to 4 runs. Right before, she said something ridiculous like "they only have 3 runs," as if zero was an onslaught of offensive production. Then she rattled off a sentence with 5 cliches. It was amazing. Color commentary at the highest level.

Prediction for game 2: Christi sends Finch a message for calling her OGRE-ron by fouling one back to the booth. Then she goes Shrek on the next pitch and sends it to Colorado.
