I think third base is probably the hardest position in softball. The smoothness and quickness that Natalie gets the ball from her glove to her throwing hand is unmatched in my opnion. She has impressed me all year long making very difficult plays look easy.
Natalie is one of my favorites on this team.
Something you should know . . .
Natalie Fernandez spells "Adrenalize N Feat"
I said this earlier in the year. Natalie's quickness to the ball and her release and throwing motion is unmatched by any that I have seen in a Cajun uniform. It's very hard to turn double plays from 3rd in softball. She makes it look easy. She has been a huge contributor to many of our 54 victories this year.
Geaux Cajuns!!!!!
STAY HOT BIG NAT !!!!!
Nat may be unsung, but is not unnoticed. Anyone that has seen her play a few times knows how invaluable she is...both with her unbelievable quickness at 3rd, as well as how solid she is at the plate. I've seen many 3rd basemen play both in person and on tv throughout this year. I wouldn't take ANY of em for her.
Go, Natalie!!
