Thread: Cajun Kickoff 2006 (KLFY)

  1. UL Football Cajun Kickoff 2006 (KLFY)

Cajun Kickoff 2006: a 30 minute program on the Ragin' Cajuns of Louisiana that aired Sunday night on KLFY

Early Doucet says that for him personally (not speaking for the team) this is a rivalry game.

KLFY says there is a final record poll but I can' find it.

One thing I heard I have been wanting to address.

They said UL os 0-19 vs LSU in the Modern era.

    a) define modern era

    b) except for the 2002 game (all the other)s UL had an overall atletic budget of $50,000 or less.

Since we've only played once since 1938, I'd say we are 0-1 in the modern era.

Ditto! Totally agree, with you! As Turbine has researched and stated any monies that SLI, SLII, USL made as a sports program above and beyond $50,000 had to be returned to the state government in all the years that we played lsu. We were not alone though as ALL state schools were screwed in the same manner EXCEPT lsu!!

And they wonder why! It is not your teams it's YOUR legislature, 60+% LSU ran.

Bustle (on KLFY) said he thought the indoor facility was going up slow, but he had a reverse caveat at the end of the comment.

I'm kinda glad it is going up slow as it would really be bad if a hurricane came along and blew away the half finished structure.
