I am glad we are a football school now. This would really bother me if we were still a baseball school!

I heard T-Joe just snapped a bat over his own head. He's furious!
Zimmermann was a two-time, first-team Louisville Slugger All-American out of De La Salle in New Orleans. He spent two years at UNO (2009-10), going 3-4 with a 6.01 ERA in 13 starts as a freshman and 1-7 with a 7.59 ERA as a sophomore for a program that crumbled amid the reclassification mess. One summer he had some nice moments while throwing in the Cape Cod League and pitched well against LSU and the Cajuns.
Last year he was 1-3 with a 4.71 ERA in 15 appearances. This season he was 0-4 with a 6.69 ERA in 12 outings going into Saturday's game against ULM.
While his numbers weren't impressive at UNO, Robe liked Zimmermann's stuff and felt he would be a good fit for pitching to contact and relying on the defense. Unfortunately, injuries slowed him throughout his time with the Cajuns, so he was never really healthy and no one ever saw him realize his potential.
I'll defer to Mrs. RaginCajun77 for commentary on the performance of Cajun baseball this weekend, "What the f-*-c-k bruh?"
Way to give up Cajuns!!!!! Pathetic.
This weekend was absolutely as embarrassing and humiliating as when McNeese kicked our ___ in football! Pathetic getting swept and run ruled by the Chickenhawks!
17 runs.... jesus
Is there a "coach HUD" of the baseball coaches that we could snag? Cause we need that kind of enthusiasm back in our baseball program. We just got our butts whooped...gee whiz!
