Now that is great ---Tech Tarps Inc---"Hiding the important things in Life"!!!!! "Where your BOO-TY should be"!!!
A weeks worth of steel erection on the food service wing. As seen from the steps to Buchanan Hall.
Steel erection is like 3-D paint by numbers. This is beam 2481 and it is a 24 x 55 (24 inches deep and weighing 55 pounds a foot) wide flange section needing a red flag (probably to connect a tag line) The 12-41 probably makes reference to a length.
New kitchen of the food service wing. As seen from the side of McLauren Gym.
A view of the main building from the top of Olivier Parking tower. Getting ready to place foundation and slab on the left and the right.
A wide angle view of the main building from a planter next to Cypress Lake.

California steel erection crew showing a little respect.
"Note the large snatch block next to the port-o-lets" ... duly noted ... I think we always dream of seeing one.
Steel erection crew had a good week of tightening up and squaring the frame. they moved the crane to start on another section of the food service wing. This view is from the front corner of Buchanan Hall.
Elevator shafts are finished and steel erection will start on this section this week. This view is from the rear of McLauren Gym.

Full bloom Iris bed in Cypress Lake.
Rose Garden in the Summer time. All construction on Buchanan Hall completed. It looks very nice. I don't think the students living there realize how nice it is compared to what was there before.
Boy, isn't that always the case. I lived in the death trap that technically "stood" (using that term loosely) where the new buildings are. I would've loved to have had anything close to these.
Less than decent weather in the last two weeks hasn't hindered them from making a little progress.
The new food service wing as seen from the front of Buchanan Hall. Second floor deck has been placed. They are just about finished with the steel erection here. they still need to put the roof deck on.
