Student Union Construction.

I saw a set of drawings at the print shop and took a peak. The middle of the Union as is it now will basically be demolished and pushed out to McKinley street. The bookstore wing and the theater wing will remain and be renovated. The bookstore wing will be extended to Boucher and to Guillory hall. This extension will be the new food service area with delivery service from Boucher.

Nice job explaining what we will be seeing. Did a Google Earth Map and it is interesting to see how much area the lake takes up from a space view. Also how much space the current union takes up of the entire area. I would hope they have an access perdstrain bridge over Cypress Lake.

Let's never forget it was a anciet buffalo wallow then a pig pen before the gators came, but you don't see me wanting a spirit leader as a bison or a razorback from Louisiana. Just saying give me the blue eyed hounds. ;*)

BullGators frequent Buffalo Wallows, and it was a Swamp before it was a drain off pit for a Pig Pen.

Sounds like something the federal government might provide a grant to explore. DNA crossed with the red snapper would give you a gator that not only is red, but is good for a new palet delight experience red gator couvillion, or perhaps vermilion gator couvillion.

I can hardly wait for the union to be completed. Should be a great place for the students. Makes me want to go back for a second degree.
