jmo........but to me, from the beginning, this is look that has been presented through concept drawings, although it was hard to tell what material it would wind up being. Well, now we know, and it's what we'll have for many, many years to come. I think it looks better from a distance and taken as a whole, I think it looks pretty good. Up close, it might take some getting use to.

Looks like lots of work to be done in the main portion of the building. But the food service wing is getting close.

Pretty sure the white panels were for contrast, but price is why it is metal instead of carrara white marble.

Okay, here are my thoughts on the Guillory Hall deck: I think it would fairly easy to remove the building but add the steps back up to the deck and renovate and incorporate the deck (new railings, etc.) it into the new 'plaza' area planned between the new food service sing and Hebrard Blvd.
