Robbery suspect turned in by City Marshal

A Franklin man is in the Lafayette Parish jail accused of robbing Iberia Bank. Claude James Hebert is accused of holding up the bank in the 2100 block of Pinhook Road. Lafayette Police say he used a revolver and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. One look at the surveillance photo from the bank and a Jeanerette resident knew the suspect.
