To think back to 5 years ago. Paige asked the Lotief's if she could try out for the team. Initially told no, she ended up with a tryout...and ended up a Cajun. What an awesome story about a great young lady.

We all bask in their glory. Guys and gals Please, Please, find a little gift for the softball team. The Loteifs are working magic, but come on they need more support. These trips to get positive RPI are not cheap and there is a shortage of funds for that. Recruiting budgets get real we have virtually none, how about some money for Joy Weber-LeBlanc? She has needs, how about a substantial pay raise for the Lotiefs they gave up a lot for UL.

These coaches have too much class to complain in public, but do not think just because the team is successful that they are not being pushed to the limit.

Lets make sure this couple and coaches have the funds to make it easy for them to keep saying no. RCAF, a little for softball.

Well said. Financial support for a program deserving of it is long overdue. How the team does so well with so little is astonishing to say the least.
