    Most interesting point from that article is shown below.

    The 19-21 Cajuns, meanwhile, are dead last in the conference in hits, runs scored, RBIs, on-base percentage, total bases and, with just 11 overall, home runs.

    Obviously those nos. have to improve if the Cajuns are going to have a winning record by season's end. It is encouraging that they have had double figure hits in four of the last five games.

    Makes the overall record seem rather impressive.

    OK not impressive, but it begs the question "How'd they do that?"

    If our team was allocated to certain areas of the game...it would be 70% pitching, 20%fielding, 5% base running, 5% hitting, and 1000% bunting.
