    Recall the days when they were in the mid thirties and upper twenties.

    Overall the conference has not dropped off just the leaders. From what I can recall, UL, UNO, USA always had very solid programs. Now we are weak and the others just a little better, about where they always were.

    Good point.

    And in the case of UNO . . . dropped out.

    While your statement may be generally correct, is isn't when assessing this year.
    This league is down to the point where their normal #7 RPI as a league is #14 this year.
    Right now no one in the league would get an at-large bid.
    That's quite a dropoff
