Someone said in the game thread that they would take getting hits despite the errors... over not hitting. Well...last night we had hits and errors...and lost.
Wish we were good enough to get hits WITHOUT having errors. Oh, well...
On with Mr. Bitter coach Robe is talking about how errors change the complexion of the game.
We lost that game with two errors in the same inning giving them two uneared runs, and possibly three runs. Never take an error or walk over a guy earning his way onto base. Never. Well at least the walk the batter got onto base with some effort on his part.
