Friends were great, LSU fans were terrible, simply stated.

I had enough to never need to go back

Defense is definitely suspect. So, the Flamin' Cajuns will probably score 10.

ha! and why didn't things go as said last weekend? you guys should have dropped 60 on them boys.. beware

Not bad at all...We got there about 2pm and walked all over campus. I got called tiger bait and I yelled back it was to spicey for them. I got a lot of laughs. I killed humor with humor and met a lot of new people. The coffin/beer cooler was pretty cool.

Well it's his responsibility to make sure his team is ready and doesn't make those mistakes. Same old same old. We will be 0-3 and then win a few games against teams in the worst conference in division one.

I've been on the UL bandwagon since I was 6 years old(53 years ago). Some things just never change.
You must not pay much attention to football if you think this team isn't improved. Go watch the film of Texas game last year and how uneffective anything we did was. This team is much improved. And if you think we start off 0-3 your really not looking at our schedule. We play NC A&T the 3rd week.

A few thoughts on the game:

UL offensive line held up real well I thought. LSU had only 2 sacks and many times Babb had time to throw. The LSU defensive backfield may be the best in the country.

Fenroy looked real strong - he is going to have a good year.

UL defense across the board was not very good. Yeah, we stopped the run, but we had like 8 guys in the box. We put no pressure on the QB and the DB's got dropped.

I also agree that there is no way Bustle held back, but contrary to his claim, he did not play to win. He played to run the clock, minimize turnovers and and minimize injuries. The opening drive was two runs up the middle then throw on 3rd and long. The play calling was conservative to say the least. We took no chances with long passes, trick plays, agressive punt blocking ... none.

For real, I see us layin' some wood against the aggies this weekend. Looking at their stats, they weren't at all impressive. I also read on texags that McGee's arm is hurt, and that's why they didn't throw deep and why he came out in the last series.

We'll be able to torch their defense for about 300 yards, minimum. They suck.

    63-14.

I think this is something positive to take out of the game. In another bit of good news, A&M beats Citadel 35-3. Decent, but not mind blowing. A&M is running a 4-2-5, and said the LB's cant cover enough ground...Thats VERY good news for us.

One of many reasons that the Cajuns will slaughter some aggies this weekend. TOP is the most important stat against a team like A&M, who thrive on the quick-strike offense.

So what exactly went wrong? Port-a-Potty tipped over, van burned, grandmother pushed down?

I'd venture to say they wont have similar shirts when Freshno comes to town
Many of the shops around campus print shirts like these for EVERY game. You will see these shirts for Arizona this week and Fresno later this year and we have no history or dislike for either of those two teams. Its just a way for these places to make money.
