Re: Volunteers Needed
The golf tournament will take place on Monday, April 30th with 2 flight times (8AM and 1:30 PM) at Squirrel Run in New Iberia. Volunteers will be needed to help set up for the tournament on Sunday afternoon from 3 PM - 6 PM. Also, volunteers will be needed on the day of tournament. Volunteers are needed to refill ice chests with ice and drinks for the golfers on the golf course and help with other task during the day where needed. The tournament will end at approximately 5 PM and we will need volunteers to help pick up signs, tables, chairs and ice chest off of the golf course and return them to Lafayette.
