Kinda hard to do, we have NO mascot. We have a spirit leader in the pepper, and this is good because being Cajun is much more than any single mascot could ever be. I mean it ain't like being a common ole tiger, or cowboy that have a universal imperfect image of the real thing, while a Cajun by their very nature are a more pure ideal, the Platonic ideal so to speak.
