Can you tell me if both baseball and football stadiums will be renovated in 10 years?
Will we have a new score board as well?

My opinion is if your not is a BCS conference you are just scrambling after crumbs. Yeah, someone may get a bigger crumb but it is still a crumb. If we win fill our stadiums and are able to improve our facilities we will just be fine. If we whip Tulane and LA Tech when they come here, that is what will count. If you think that the Big East will continue as a BCS conference then I have some white sand beaches to sell you in Cameron parish. Do you think all of these schools from Cali to Conneticut will stay together without BCS dollars? The shuffling will start all over again. The normal UL fan in Lafayette area who will go to games could care less what conference we are in. They won't have any idea what conference Tech is in. What they want is a winning product and a good atmosphere. They came last year in record numbers because of the product not who we played.
Well, I missed the attendance and the renovation. COVID may have had something to do with that.
We've only had 1 WCWS and 1 Tourney appearance since then. Softball is just bad luck. Basketball is the worst situation out of all of these right now, but it has nothing to do with the SBC.
We only have 1 P5 win. Came close at UK, Florida and Miss St. At least one of those should have been a W. Could have scheduled more. Still trying to figure out how we lost to Florida.
All in all, I think my point was proved.
Looking back, so much change in 10 years. The Sunbelt still had Mid Tenn, WKU, N. Tex, FAU, FIU. Stronger line up now. Looking ahead 10 years, expanded CFB Playoff revenues will influence the sport, more money to players. An undefeated season in next 10 years and the Cajuns make the playoff. AAC, SBC, and MWC create a Friday night national TV game scheduling alliance in football.
