Guillory served as Teurlings assistant coach from 2001-2006 under present Cowgirl associate head coach Garry Brodhead._ Guillory became the head coach at Teurlings in 2007 after Brodhead came to McNeese. _
Guillory helped Teurlings to four district championships, three semifinals and a state runner-up as an assistant.
As head coach, Guillory led Teurlings to two district, bi-district and regional finalist from 2007-2009._ Guillory was also named the District 5-4A Coach of the Year both seasons._ She served as the Acadiana Stars AAU coach from 2001-2009 and was named the Louisiana AAU state championship coach in 2005 and 2006.
Guillory spent time as the assistant track coach where she helped Teurlings to district titles in the girls javelin, 1600 and 3200 run, boys discus, shot put, 1600 and 3200 run in 2008._ She helped produce the 2008 boys state shot put champion._ In 2009, Guillory coached the district 5-4A girls 3200 run championship team.
A native of Lafayette, La. and a 2005 graduate of the University of Louisiana and 2001 graduate of Lafayette High where she was a four year letterwinner in basketball and softball._ Guillory was an all-district selection in both sports her senior year.
