The thing that's strange about Robichaux is:

1. His teams always have tremendous support by our fans, more so than other Sunbelt teams and,
2. Robichaux always seems to be begging to get his teams to play well. He never seems confident and it always seems like 50 things have to go right for him to get a one run victory i.e. he's always "poor mouthing". It makes me wonder whether or not he lacks confidence in himself as a coach as well. Contrast that with Hudspeth's comment at the NO bowl before Baer's kick - "I know he's going to make it"! Different mindsets one has confidence the other seems to be like a leaf blowing in the wind.

An old friend once made a comment regarding someone like Robichaux i.e. He always lacks 10 cents to make a dollar!
