I am of the opinion that it is time for a change. In fact, it's long overdue. However, he has a new 5 year contract. I think he needs a pep talk (or a swift kick in the arse) from coach Hud

Some people are just in favor of change for change's sake. We went to a regional two seasons ago and put on a really good performance there. Now we have a team full of freshmen and sophomores, we were all expecting a rough season.
