GM has announced a recall for huge vehicles, notably huge passenger vans and SUVs, across many of its brands. The recall is due to late models having a production defect in the power steering system. You can get great auto loans rates for your new SUV or van. THough, General Motors will contact the owners of the affected vehicles via letter. Owners will be directed to take their vehicles to the nearest Chevrolet or GMC dealer, where the steering system will be inspected. If the defect is found, the Pitman shaft will be replaced, free of charge.
