Yep, in his Jr. year stats, he shot 74% from the FT line.

Too bad he messed that stat up with an outstanding senior group of 47 of 63. There is still hope.

Seriously I love this commitment, and I see him being a big guy for us. Needs to spend a little time with our weight coach, hope he can play around 185-190 by his second year.

I'm still waiting for us to sign an outside scorer. This kid sounds good, but the most he made this past season was 25 pts in a game and he had only 3 pts. in a couple of games. I want to see us sign a guard that averages 25 ppg in high school or JC.

From what I understand Shepherd played point guard most of the season. That may be why he did not have many three pointers.
